Jesse Mullins, Jr., Colony, TX, a gospel preacher and editor of The American Cowboy magazine with a monthly circulation of over 100,000, wrote the following in his book Rightly Divided:

“No, we do not need to read MMLJBC to know how to follow the “perfect law of liberty” that is the New Covenant. There is no New Testament law (that is, commandments) in MMLJBC for Christians to observe. “But again, neither we nor any converted Jews ought follow MMLJBC today for commandments anymore than we ought follow any other Old Testament scripture for commandments. That’s because Jesus was speaking to the Jews of his time. He does not begin to speak to us as Christians until He speaks to us through His Holy Spirit and His apostles in Acts 2 - Revelation 22.”

David and Martha Davy, Garland, TX, writes:

“Dan: Martha and I were exposed to your method of Bible teaching during the mid-1970's. We attended numerous classes taught by you on MMLJ, before and after the cross. Since that time, we have constantly attempted to engage "seekers" in one-on-one Bible studies. The core of our one-on-one studies is focused on Jesus' message limited to the Jews before the cross and His New Testament or Will, probated by the twelve apostles on the day of Pentecost (Acts 2) following the cross. Helping seekers to learn that Jesus' New Testament began on the first Pentecost after the cross (instead of beginning with the birth of Jesus), is enlightening to them. For the first time, they are able to understand the simplicity of New Testament Christianity. They learn that Jesus' message prior to the cross primarily addressed the National religion of the Jews...while the apostles doctrine following the cross, proclaimed Jesus' Universal religion for all mankind. As a result of "rightly dividing the word", God has used us to lead countless souls to be immersed INTO CHRIST where salvation and all spiritual blessings are found.

Samuel G. Dawson, Amarillo, TX, Gospel preacher and author writes:

“We are forever grateful to you and your teachings and instruction concerning MMLJ. Among people striving to be just New Testament Christians, it is imperative that one has an accurate concept of just what the New Testament is. We have told our friends in denominations that in interpreting and who is being spoken to. However in the Gospels, we have not paid close enough attention to the context ourselves. Dan Billingsly's material is a great aid in determining just what New Testament teaching is.”

Al from Canada, writes:

“Dear Dan, more than anything, I'd love to remember how I came across your Bible study list, for it has been the third most enlightening thing that has ever happened to me. The first being finding the church of Christ, the second being understanding Calvinism, and THEN, to come across your study, the truth of God's NEW Covenant, via understanding the truth about the proper 'Division' by Covenants. Dan, you are the second most influential person I have met, next to George and Gina Trimble who shared the Gospel with me. I can't thank you enough. Thanks so much.”

Jack Gibbert, Texarkana, TX, writes:

“Having preached for 40 years, and holding pretty much a consistent view on the Baptism of John vs. New Testament baptism, I confess that brother Billingsly's work on understanding the covenants has changed my mind about the efficacy of the baptism of John. His arguments on this one topic make it worth the price of the book .”

John David Wayne, TX, writes:

“Dan, your materials have exercised my thinking as few materials have been able to do in recent years. Much of what you say is so obviously true that only a prejudiced mind could fail to accept them. Please keep writing and thanks so much for the "personal" help you have given..”

Lewis Andrews, Albertville, Alabama, writes:

“For many years I read the Bible and wondered why Matthew, Mark, Luke and John were considered by most people to be New Testament teaching. Was not the law still in force, the temple still standing, the priesthood still in place, and the sacrificial system of the Old Testament still intact? It just did not wash. Dan Billingsly's works on MMLJBC has been a real eye opener for me. I recommend his work."

Robert Burns, Sr., TX, writes:

“Dan, your material has cleared up a great many points in my mind. We have always taught, basically, that the law ended with the cross. However, I think we have been confused and confused others by wanting to pick and choose parts of Jesus' teaching as belonging to the Old Covenant or the New. Your work has supplied a piece of the puzzle that makes it abundantly clear in "properly dividing the word". I might add, change comes hard for some of our brethren. We may sometimes need to change our practice to fit our preaching. Thanks for your help, and your attitude."

Barbara Hassell, Ketchikan, Alaska.

“I first learned of MMLJBC being Old Testament doctrine about three years ago. It was an entirely new concept to my thinking, having been brought up as a child on the many
stories of Jesus’ birth, growth, leadership, Son of God, all his teachings, etc,. all my life, as most Sunday schools teach. None of that information hurt me, but it did delay my adult ability to see my place in the New Covenant. I hadn’t been able to nail anything down or move on, because I was continually oscillating back and forth between two very different covenants., trying to make one fit in with the other.

By honestly re-reading all four books, there was an immediate recognition of all that I had missed all my Christian life. It was ultimately clear, as a light suddenly shedding new light, that Jesus was not talking to anyone but the Jews; that he had come only to the house of Israel, not to the Gentiles at all. After his death, and his abolishment of the Old Law, he spoke to people through the Holy Spirit, the Apostles, and the Letters.

I’ve wondered how many times I’ve read over the years and didn’t see the significance. I am sure that is was because of the erroneous placement of ‘The New Testament Title Page; after all, it was The Holy Bible, God’s Word; I didn’t question the authenticity of any of it, that there were errors that mere individuals could counter.

Now that I have taken MMLJBC out of the New Testament, I have a much better grasp of the meaning significance of the New Covenant, a Covenant for all peoples of all nations. It has come alive for me, with its knowledge and wisdom for the rest of time on earth. I can read and study it with joy and excitement, not having the Old Testament doctrine, for another people, another time, confusing my efforts.

The meanings of the New Covenant letters are much more clear now, because they aren’t being compromised by interjections of Old Testament doctrine, although there is much to be gleaned from them yet. I can read the words of a letter, one by one, and get the very clear meaning of the discourse. It’s been a true liberation from a total misconception to being truly free in Christ.

I thank God frequently for the people who have brought this profound ‘discovery’ to our attention. It is my conviction to share it with as many as will receive it. Because of his grace."
